You can access the Email Management tool by clicking on the Manage Email Lists link / button under the Send Survey tab.

NOTE: Please make sure you have the correct survey active when you are editing your email invitation. Each survey has it's own email invitation.
Click on the Create A New Email List link to access options for creating a new email list.
You can create Two types of email lists Global or Survey Specific Email lists. For more information please read the help file for Email List Types below.
