How can I send the Survey I created?We provide you with a very sophisticated Email Management tool for sending the Surveys by email. You can access this tool under the Send Survey tab.
Steps to follow for sending a Survey.
4.) Send the Survey Invitation - To send email invitations to an email list, click on the Send Email Invitation link under the send survey tab. Select the list to which you wish to send the email invitation to and click on the Send Invitation link. NOTE:This step can only be accomplished after uploading email address to a list and editing the Email Invitation. For more information on editing the Email Invitation please see the link below.
Report -To see the Reports for all email batches for that particular email list click on the Report link. Edit - To edit the email list, add email addresses, download the external batch for email distribution and to send the Survey you can use this option. Rename - To edit the name of an email list, click on the Rename link and make the appropriate changes in the popup window. Delete - To delete a list entirely, click on the Delete link associated with the list you wish to delete.
Various statistics and information about all the email batch processes is provided on this page. You can view the contents of the email for a particular batch job by clicking on the link under the Subject column. Use the link under the Email Count column to see the email addresses associated with a particular batch process. |
