Send us your word document, and we will convert it into an online survey. We will send you an online quote for service after looking at the document.
What steps do I need to follow to get a Quote?
- Create an account, and login to your account.
- Click On:
- Login » Surveys » Research Center » Survey Programming
- Upload your Survey (In Microsoft Word format or RTF format)

One of our account reps will review the information and give you a quote. You will be notified via email:
The quote will include :
- Total cost for converting the survey to an online survey.
- Turnaround and lead time.
- You can then Accept or Decline the quote. If you accept the quote, you'll be asked to enter in your credit card details for payment of fees for services (quoted). At this time we do not accept billing/invoices for quoted professional services.
- Work will begin on your survey as soon as payment is made.
- You will be notified as soon as your survey is converted. You can then login to your account and make modifications/edits etc.

How much will this cost?
It really depends upon the size and complexity of the surveys. Our minumum is $500 for a 20-50 question survey and it goes up to $1500 for larger ones.
For surveys involving complicated branching, skip logic and piping, the programming fees start at $1500.
Do I have to use the Survey Programming Service to conduct surveys?
No -- You can build the survey yourself using our tools. The Survey Conversion Service is offered as an auxillary service if you are under time constraints.
Do I have to be a paid customer to use the Survey Conversion service?
Yes. This service is available to all paid clients. This is not available as part of the Free License.
