How does pricing work for multiple tools -- QuestionPro, MicroPoll, ContactPro etc?
QuestionPro, MicroPoll and ContactPro are three different tools available with a single username and password. You can purchase multiple tools at a discounted price. Currently additional tools are offered at a 25% discount.
For example, if you are a current QuestionPro customer, you can purchase ContactPro at a 25% discount.
I was able to access multiple tools for free in the past. Why do I have to pay now?
ContactPro and MicroPoll were in public beta. Accordingly we did not charge anything. As of June 2007, both these tools are out of beta and accordingly we cannot give access to these services for free anymore.

Can I purchase different license levels for different tools? For example, can I purchase a Professional License for QuestionPro and a Corporate License for ContactPro?
No - At this time, we do not allow having different licenses for each of the tools. You do however get a 25% discount on each of the licenses if you purchase more than 1 license.
How can I access the different tools?
Easily accessible links are placed on the top left corner. Simply click on the tool that you wish to access.
